CIT Lived Experience Panel Members share their mental health stories with community professionals, such as EMTs, police officers, and teachers, who are receiving mental health training through CIT.

Minimum Age Requirement

Applicants must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

  • Have current or past experience with a mental health challenge.
  • Discuss their mental health story with NAMI staff to ensure it is appropriate for CIT training.
  • Share their mental health story with community professionals (e.g., EMTs, police officers, teachers) who are receiving mental health training through CIT.

Registration is only required one time for all support groups.  If you've already registered previously for a group, your registration is complete for attending all support groups from NAMI Dane County.
