Family-To-Family
NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidenced-based program. This means that research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition.
NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises. Classes meet on Tuesday.
If you are looking for immediate support in a group setting, there is a Family Support Group that meets virtually on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. You can learn more about this group and register to receive the Zoom link by clicking here.
If you are looking for one-on-one support, please reach out to our Peer Support team to schedule an appointment by contacting outreach@namidanecounty.org. You can learn more about Peer Support by clicking here.
